toasted Sour dough and pea shoots

Mini Cannelloni filled with confit Guinea Fowl and Shitake Mushrooms served 

with a Bourbon cream sauce

Leaves of Oak smoked Salmon, filled with a Prawn and Cornish Crab mousse 

Creamed Cauliflower soup topped with smoked Pancetta lardons served with croutons


Roast Rump of West Country Beef served with Yorkshire Pudding

Fillet of Cornish Turbot simply grilled served with Tiger Prawns and a shallot and 

Seaweed butter 

Crown of locally reared Turkey, served with a Shallot and Apricot stuffing and Pigs in blankets

A puff pastry tartlet filled with a Medley of Woodland Mushrooms stir-fried with Garlic and Chestnuts topped with a white wine and cream sauce


Rich Christmas Pudding served with a Brandy sauce
