A Pressing of Honey Roast Ham, confit Chicken and Wild Mushrooms and served with a 
House chutney and toasted Sour dough

Mini Cannelloni filled with Cornish white Crab meat and Tiger Prawns served with a 
Shellfish bisque 

Twice baked Cheddar Cheese and Chive soufflé, Muscat poached pears, Caramelized Walnuts

Spiced Butternut veloute, served with Cumin scones


Roast Rump of West Country Beef served with Yorkshire Pudding

Fillet of Cornish Turbot simply grilled served with Tiger Prawns and a shallot and 
Seaweed butter 

Crown of locally reared Turkey, served with a Shallot and Apricot stuffing and Pigs in blankets

A puff pastry tartlet filled with a Medley of Woodland Mushrooms stir-fried with Garlic and 
Chestnuts topped with a white wine and cream sauce


Rich Christmas Pudding served with a Brandy sauce 

Lemongrass Pannacotta served with Chilli, Ginger and Lime syrup

Chargrilled Pineapple, served with a Rum butterscotch sauce and Coconut Ice cream
