Breast of Free-range Creedy Carver Duck, pan seared pink, served with an Orange and Cointreau demi-glaze

Tenderloin of outdoor reared Pork wrapped in wood roasted Peppers and Parma ham, oven roasted sat over savoury Spinach garnished with caramelized Walnuts and a Tamarind Sauce

Locally sourced Fillet of Beef cooked to your liking sat on a sourdough crouton with a Mushroom duxell and smooth Pate accompanied with a rich Port demi-glaze
